Just call our Customer Support line to get a Return Authorization number for shipping the equipment
back to us. TelphinUSA will return all of your fees, minus any charges you have already incurred for
pay-per calls outside your calling plan. Be sure your shipping return date is no later than 14 days
after your account activation date.
Please note that if you do not return the equipment within three weeks of cancellation, your credit
card will be charged for the cost of adapter.
